TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CONFERENCE BOOKINGS
TARIFFS

All tariffs include VAT of 14% (legislated requirement)

The following method of payments is acceptable.

• Direct deposit
• Electronic bank payment
• Visa / Master Credit Cards.
• Bank guaranteed cheque only

CONFERENCE CENTRE HOURS:

Full day     8h00 – 17h00
Half day    8h00 – 13h00 or 12h00 – 17h00

Alternative arrangement to alter or extend hours must be made with management in advance.

CONFERENCE BOOKINGS

o CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS
Bookings are confirmed at the time of deposit. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notification except on confirmed reservations. To confirm a booking a 50% deposit must be paid in order to secure the conference venue and the balance payable before or on conference date. Conference bookings will be automatically released if payment is not made within 48 hours of confirmed booking.

o CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellations must be given in writing 14 days prior to the conference date.
A 15% administration fee will be charged for cancelled conference booking
The balance of the deposit will be refundable to the client.
